Thank you for your purchase from The Fasted Lifestyle. Because all products sold through this store are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, please read this policy carefully before completing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download.
What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to all digital products sold at shop.fastedlifestyle.com, including but not limited to:
• Digital Fasting Planner (PDF)
• 30-Day Fasting & Prayer Journal (PDF)
• Prayers & Affirmations 15-Card Devotional Set (PDF)
• Tan Canva-Editable Planner
• Digital Additional Pages
• The Fasted Lifestyle Full System bundle
Exceptions — When We Will Make It Right
We stand behind every product we sell. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly:
• You did not receive your download link or confirmation email
• Your file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open
• You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once
To request resolution, email us at info@fastedlifestyle.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours at info@fastedlifestyle.com and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
Free Digital Planner Upgrade
Customers who purchased the Digital Fasting Planner (standalone) or the Full System bundle between 12:00 AM HST on June 10, 2026 and 11:59 PM HST on July 10, 2026 are eligible for a free upgrade to the updated planner file. The upgrade applies to the digital planner file only and does not apply to printed planners, physical products, journals, prayer cards, or any other product. No code is required. Upgraded files will be delivered to the email address associated with the original purchase within 5–7 business days after July 10, 2026.
